Talley Diggs
Vice President of Partnerships
Talley Diggs is based in Washington, D.C. and joined Village Enterprise in 2023. Talley has over six years of experience in grants management, institutional fundraising, and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Village Enterprise, Talley served as the Senior Grants Manager at RefuSHE, where she led business development efforts to support the most vulnerable urban refugee girls and young women in Kenya. She formerly worked for the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, where she oversaw reporting on WFP’s support for Rohingya refugees in the world’s largest refugee camp. She also brings experience from the private sector and previously worked with McLarty Associates’ Africa Practice and the U.S. Nigeria Council for Food Security, Trade, and Investment. She is a member of the Women’s Foreign Policy Group and serves on the Board of the Advocacy Project, a D.C.-based non-profit that supports marginalized communities in the Global South. She holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Mississippi and a M.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University.
