Kayleigh Mencia joined Village Enterprise in 2021 and currently serves as the Director of Grants. With over 5 years of experience in grants management, institutional fundraising, and strategic partnerships, Kayleigh brings a wealth of experience to her role. Her previous roles as Grants Manager and Senior Grants Manager at Village Enterprise has enabled Kayleigh to gain a comprehensive understanding of both Village Enterprise’s unrestricted and restricted grants portfolios. Witnessing the transformative impact of Village Enterprise’s work on individuals and communities has been a driving force for Kayleigh, instilling in her a deep commitment to the organization’s mission. She is dedicated to leveraging her skills and experience to support Village Enterprise in expanding its reach and impact, while collaborating with a team that shares her passion for innovative solutions and community-centered approaches to addressing global challenges.
