Senior Director of Finance
Eliakim Odero joined Village Enterprise in February 2022 as the Finance Director. He is an established finance expert with over 12 years of experience overseeing financial operations and strategy in International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs). Eliakim is responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis procedures at Village Enterprise, including budget formulation, resource allocation, and forecasting. He has put in place strong financial management systems and controls, allowing for more efficient operations and optimizing the impact of limited resources. He has a proven track record of successfully navigating various financing sources, such as government organizations, foundations, and individual contributors.
Eliakim holds a degree in Business Management (Accounting), is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and has previously worked as a Program Accountant for World Vision Kenya and a Grants Finance Specialist for Catholic Relief Services, among other organizations.
